The script handling the derived attributes is still using the onehandedmod and twohandedmod actorvalues instead of the their ...powermod pendants. Given the pecularities how unarmed and dagger damage is handled, this can even cause a penalty to expertise for stamina-focused characters.
The derived attributes system correctly modifies the damage and leaves expertise values unchanged.
The fix does not cause persisting damage to existing savegames.
use an existing 3.0.0 savegame with damaged expertise values from the derived attributes system and upgrade it to 3.0.1. After the update the damage should be repaired.
