While doing the quest "Laid To Rest", you have to fight Laelette the Vampire just outside the village. It's therefore easy to lure the vampire into the town, which then leads to an awkward situation: Unless Laelette hurts one of villagers, they won't participate in the fight at all. This looks weird, given that Laelette supposedly joined the Stormcloaks, but now suddenly throws Ice spikes across town trying to kill a stranger. Trying to pin her to the location of the graveyard would make her very susceptible to ranged combat exploits and making the city guard immediately hostile to her would simplify the quest considerably. So the question is how we can improve this situation to make the reactions of the city inhabitants more believable?
Morthal residents show an appropriate reaction when a murderous vampire enters town OR Laelette is prevented from entering the town (and thus interacting with townsfolk) in a balanced way.
