The damage bonus for daggers from the derived attributes system does not work any more. The original implementation was based on Skyrim.esm's AlchemySkillBoosts perk that did not cover daggers in the damage bonus and thus did some hack involving a raise of the actor's overall damage bonus with a damage reduction for other weapon types to compensate for it. In a recent version we fixed the conditions on the perk to use a weapon skill type condition, which breaks the original assumption and thus the damage bonus for daggers.
In the interest of a simple solution I suggest to handle daggers just like other one-handed weapons in this system and remove the modifier of the overall weapon damage completely.
Daggers get the same damage bonus as other one-handed weapons.
Derived Attributes do not alter the overall damage multiplier any longer.
Flat unarmed damage bonus can be increased to offset the loss of bonus damage from not raising the overall damage multiplier.
