This seems to be an issues with Skyrim's graphics settings, I am not familiar with the details.
Resolution
It was reported that this issue appears in 1.8.x if the setting iTexMipMapSkip in the SkyrimPrefs.ini is set to 1. Reverting this setting to 0 should fix the issue. But note that this setting affects the texture quality and thus is likely not what you want, if you play with reduced graphics settings in the first place. See the second fix proposal for an alternative without having to change graphics settings.
Instead, you can use Optimizer Textures by AdPipino to fix the textures shipped with Requiem. As a user reported, all you have to do is following the first screenshot in the tool's image gallery and restrict the working path to the location of the SilverKnight Armor. If you installed Requiem with Nexus mod manager, the folder you want to work with is Data\textures\armor\spoasilverknight. If you use Mod Organizer, it is textures\armor\spoasilverknight in the Requiem-subfolder (name equals the display name in MO's modlist) of MO's mods folder.

This solution works but the armor is loading very slow.

Please re-read the article, I just updated with an alternative solution an user reported some time ago. Back then I totally forgot to add it here, my apologies.
